Right now, I am looking for a small, cheap or fix-up house to rent or rent with option, I am experienced in framing, door and window-setting, siding, and roof work, so condition makes little difference.

I have no showroom, so obviously I will only be able to present most of my things via photos posted here or e-mailed, or in person relatively close to the Lake County, IL area. shipping is a simple and separate issue and is your expense. I use USPS mostly as best service around for money. My items are used personal property and I make no promises or charge new product tax. These are as is and as represented. I usually want more parts than I have, so if you have something valuable but dead, I may still want it.
